Friend Adder Elite will make every best effort possible to resolve any issues that may arise with all of our software. Almost all support questions that come up are addressed in the System Requirements page and/or the Help and FAQ page. ( Coming Soon!). Please read both of these pages thoroughly if questions or issues arise, as mentioned almost all questions that come up are addressed in these pages. If you still have a question or support need, please contact us with the information provided. The best way is through our helpdesk ticket system. If your support request is sent outside of our support hours, the request will be processed the next day.
Please be patient with us if we do not respond immediately as we help a lot of customers with technical and support issues. We do not offer phone support at this time.
